Tenant-rights advice for Raúl in Iztapalapa: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Ciudad de México: an order to leave for 'renovations'.

My landlord in Iztapalapa has given me an order to leave for 'renovations'. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Ciudad de México could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Ciudad de México would also be appreciated.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

- 30 minutes
