Tenant-rights advice for Noel in Gold Coast: a short consultation
A brief consultation with a housing advisor would help Noel understand their rights.
🇦🇺 Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia1,142 views
My landlord in Gold Coast has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Queensland could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Queensland would also be appreciated.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Take care, Noel. Shared it with a few friends. It's not much but it's yours.
