My landlord in Kinondoni has given me a refusal to repair mold. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other. I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Dar es Salaam could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect. I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Dar es Salaam would also be appreciated. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
