Temporary foster for Pepper while Bea recovers in hospital

I'm going into hospital for surgery on Saturday, for about 3 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Pepper, my eleven-year-old beagle. Pepper is a lap-cat who needs a quiet home.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Taguig. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Pepper is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
