Temporary foster for Archie while Julieta recovers in hospital

I'm going into inpatient treatment on Wednesday, for about 4 weeks, and I have no family nearby to look after Archie, my nine-year-old beagle. Archie is gentle, house-trained, good with children and other animals.
I'm looking for a temporary foster within Buenos Aires. I'll provide food, bedding and medication, and cover the vet costs. Archie is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
I'd love to share regular updates and photos, and I'd love to pay it forward by volunteering at the shelter when I'm better.
