Tejaswini needs a cochlear implant processor upgrade - help us make it happen
Tejaswini needs a cochlear implant processor upgrade that the health system won't fund; the cost is $850.

Tejaswini lives with an amputation below the knee. The occupational therapist at the Aurangabad Rehabilitation Centre has assessed her and recommended a cochlear implant processor upgrade. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $850.
Her current equipment is 12 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Tejaswini could join the school sports day. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $850 goes:
• cochlear implant processor upgrade: $730
• Fitting and training sessions: $60
• Delivery and set-up: $25
• First-year servicing plan: $35
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
