After burnout at work, Tatiane has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at São Paulo Wellbeing Centre cost $20 each.
Tatiane has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Tatiane could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.

Sure. The biggest one is 12 therapy sessions, $480. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
