Tareq's final semester of a computer science degree in Mumbai

Tareq is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a computer science degree at Mumbai University, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $700. The registrar has said Tareq can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Tareq has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Tareq would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Tareq isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
