Tâm's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Tâm won a place at Thủ Đức International School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

I earned a place in Year 10 at Thủ Đức International School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the robotics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $110, which is more than we have.
I love robotics and want to become a nurse. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $110 goes:
• Laptop: $60
• School uniform and shoes: $20
• Textbooks and workbooks: $25
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $5
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Keep going, Tâm. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust!
Thanks for sharing this, Tâm. I hope things turn around soon. God bless.
Take care, Tâm. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Love from Pune.
You're not alone. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. My neighbor in Chattanooga donated after I showed her your page.
