Tahmina's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Tahmina earned a place in Year 10 at Gazipur Science Academy; we're $150 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in Year 10 at Gazipur Science Academy, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $150, which is more than we have.
I love mathematics and want to become a nurse. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $150 goes:
• Laptop: $70
• School uniform and shoes: $25
• Textbooks and workbooks: $30
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $25
With deep gratitude,
Tahmina

Sending love, Tahmina. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Love from Pune.
