Tahmina's ACL reconstruction can't wait - please help us cover the bill
After a benign brain tumor, Tahmina was cleared for ACL reconstruction, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Tahmina was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor in January. The surgeon at Kozhikode University Hospital recommended ACL reconstruction, and She is scheduled for March. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,050, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $850 short.
my sister has been in and out of Kozhikode University Hospital since January. The doctors say a benign brain tumor will get worse without ACL reconstruction. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,050 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Tahmina struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 8 weeks. During that time Tahmina won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.
