Sycamore Park needs a covered market stall space - Sofia's neighborhood project
A community-led a covered market stall space at Sycamore Park that will serve 440 neighbors.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 10 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Sycamore Park, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $750.
It will serve about 440 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in December and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

• Safety equipment and signage: $85
• Tools hire and delivery: $95
