After years of caregiving, Suthep has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Phuket Counselling Collective cost $30 each.
Suthep has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Suthep could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
