Wellington was diagnosed with a hernia that has become strangulated in March. The surgeon at Saint Joseph Hospital recommended spinal decompression surgery, and He is scheduled for June. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,400, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $1,450 short.
