Surgery fund for Víctor: ACL reconstruction in Pittsburgh
A scheduled ACL reconstruction in February is out of reach without help covering $1,250 of the cost.

Víctor was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor in December. The surgeon at Saint Elizabeth Hospital recommended ACL reconstruction, and He is scheduled for February. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,550, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $1,250 short.
my son has been in and out of Saint Elizabeth Hospital since December. The doctors say a benign brain tumor will get worse without ACL reconstruction. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,550 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Víctor struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 6 weeks. During that time Víctor won't be able to look after the children alone, so the costs keep growing.
I'll pay the hospital and pharmacy directly and post every receipt in the updates section.
