Surgery fund for Varsha: septoplasty in Rohini
After a herniated spinal disc, Varsha was cleared for septoplasty, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Varsha was diagnosed with a herniated spinal disc in February. The surgeon at Rohini General Hospital recommended septoplasty, and She is scheduled for May. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,450, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $1,150 short.
my daughter has been in and out of Rohini General Hospital since February. The doctors say a herniated spinal disc will get worse without septoplasty. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,450 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Varsha struggles with daily life and can't walk without help. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 4 weeks. During that time Varsha won't be able to walk without help, so the costs keep growing.

• Surgeon and anesthesia fees: $450
• Hospital stay (2 nights): $370
• Pre-operative tests and imaging: $90
• Post-operative medication: $30
• Physiotherapy sessions: $150
• Travel and lodging for the family: $60
