Surgery fund for Trupti: ACL reconstruction in Aurangabad
A scheduled ACL reconstruction in January is out of reach without help covering $900 of the cost.

In October I was diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst. My surgeon at Aurangabad Orthopedic Institute recommended ACL reconstruction, and I have been placed on the schedule for January. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,200, and after what my employer's plan will pay, I'm still $900 short.
Doctors at Aurangabad Orthopedic Institute told me a large ovarian cyst will get worse without ACL reconstruction. I work as a warehouse packer, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $1,200 is far beyond what I've.
Until the surgery I can't work full days, and my hours as a warehouse packer have already been cut. Every week of waiting means more pain and a bigger risk.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 10 weeks. I'll not be able to walk without help during that time, so this has become a financial emergency as well as a medical one.
