A scheduled knee replacement surgery in April is out of reach without help covering $450 of the cost.

Trinh was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee in January. The surgeon at Cần Thơ Orthopedic Institute recommended knee replacement surgery, and She is scheduled for April. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $900, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $450 short.
my daughter has been in and out of Cần Thơ Orthopedic Institute since January. The doctors say osteoarthritis in the right knee will get worse without knee replacement surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $900 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Trinh struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 10 weeks. During that time Trinh won't be able to look after the children alone, so the costs keep growing.
