Rubina was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor in July. The surgeon at Saint Catherine Hospital recommended septoplasty, and She is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,000, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $700 short.
