Surgery fund for Rubel: valve repair surgery in Savar

In September I was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes. My surgeon at Savar Community Hospital recommended valve repair surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for November. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,150, and after what my employer's plan will pay, I'm still $800 short. Doctors at Savar Community Hospital told me severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without valve repair surgery.
