Surgery fund for Ricardo: knee replacement surgery in Coyoacán

In June I was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes. My surgeon at Coyoacán University Hospital recommended knee replacement surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for September. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $2,150, and after what my employer's plan will pay, I'm still $1,500 short. Doctors at Coyoacán University Hospital told me severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without knee replacement surgery.
