Surgery fund for Recep: a partial thyroidectomy in Konya
A scheduled a partial thyroidectomy in June is out of reach without help covering $1,550 of the cost.

In March I was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery. My surgeon at Konya University Hospital recommended a partial thyroidectomy, and I have been placed on the schedule for June. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $2,050, and after what the public health scheme will pay, I'm still $1,550 short.
Doctors at Konya University Hospital told me endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without a partial thyroidectomy. I work as a taxi driver, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $2,050 is far beyond what I've.
Until the surgery I can't work full days, and my hours as a taxi driver have already been cut. Every week of waiting means more pain and a bigger risk.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 12 weeks. I'll not be able to look after the children alone during that time, so this has become a financial emergency as well as a medical one.

• Surgeon and anesthesia fees: $810
• Pre-operative tests and imaging: $145

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Recep.
The list at the bottom is the whole picture. physiotherapy sessions is the biggest at $240. It helps to be asked.
