Surgery fund for Noah: cataract surgery in Freiburg

In March I was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect. My surgeon at Freiburg Community Hospital recommended cataract surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for July. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $8,750, and after what our health plan will pay, I'm still $6,150 short. Doctors at Freiburg Community Hospital told me an aortic valve defect will get worse without cataract surgery.
