Surgery fund for Maryam: gallbladder removal in Lahore

In July I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee. My surgeon at Lahore University Hospital recommended gallbladder removal, and I have been placed on the schedule for November. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,300, and after what the government subsidy will pay, I'm still $650 short.
