Surgery fund for Joyce: septoplasty in Quezon City

Joyce was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee in June. The surgeon at Quezon City University Hospital recommended septoplasty, and She is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,250, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $1,000 short.
my sister has been in and out of Quezon City University Hospital since June. The doctors say osteoarthritis in the right knee will get worse without septoplasty. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,250 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Joyce struggles with daily life and can't walk without help. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 10 weeks. During that time Joyce won't be able to walk without help, so the costs keep growing.
