Surgery fund for Henryk: hip replacement surgery in Warsaw

In May I was diagnosed with a hip fracture that never healed properly. My surgeon at Warsaw Community Hospital recommended hip replacement surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for July. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,250, and after what my insurance will pay, I'm still $750 short.
