Surgery fund for Hari: hip replacement surgery in Dharan

In September I was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery. My surgeon at Saint Matthew Hospital recommended hip replacement surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for November. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,350, and after what my employer's plan will pay, I'm still $950 short. Doctors at Saint Matthew Hospital told me endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without hip replacement surgery. I work as a school bus driver, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $1,350 is far beyond what I've.
