Surgery fund for Grace: valve repair surgery in Warri
A scheduled valve repair surgery in February is out of reach without help covering $1,050 of the cost.

Grace was diagnosed with a cleft palate needing repair in November. The surgeon at Warri Regional Medical Center recommended valve repair surgery, and She is scheduled for February. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,500, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $1,050 short.
my daughter has been in and out of Warri Regional Medical Center since November. The doctors say a cleft palate needing repair will get worse without valve repair surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,500 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Grace struggles with daily life and can't climb stairs. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 4 weeks. During that time Grace won't be able to climb stairs, so the costs keep growing.
