Surgery fund for Fon: hip replacement surgery in Phuket

Fon was diagnosed with a thyroid nodule that needs removal in May. The surgeon at Phuket General Hospital recommended hip replacement surgery, and She is scheduled for August. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,000, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $1,400 short.
my mother has been in and out of Phuket General Hospital since May. The doctors say a thyroid nodule that needs removal will get worse without hip replacement surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $2,000 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Fon struggles with daily life and can't climb stairs. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 3 weeks. During that time Fon won't be able to climb stairs, so the costs keep growing.
