Surgery fund for Fe: hip replacement surgery in Caloocan
After an aortic valve defect, Fe was cleared for hip replacement surgery, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Fe was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect in April. The surgeon at Saint Matthew Hospital recommended hip replacement surgery, and She is scheduled for July. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,200, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $950 short.
my daughter has been in and out of Saint Matthew Hospital since April. The doctors say an aortic valve defect will get worse without hip replacement surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,200 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Fe struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 6 weeks. During that time Fe won't be able to look after the children alone, so the costs keep growing.
