Surgery fund for Divya: ACL reconstruction in Madurai

Divya was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in March. The surgeon at Madurai General Hospital recommended ACL reconstruction, and She is scheduled for June. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,450, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $1,100 short.
my mother has been in and out of Madurai General Hospital since March. The doctors say severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without ACL reconstruction. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,450 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Divya struggles with daily life and can't stand for more than ten minutes. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 10 weeks. During that time Divya won't be able to stand for more than ten minutes, so the costs keep growing.
