A scheduled spinal decompression surgery in April is out of reach without help covering $5,800 of the cost.

Cooper was diagnosed with a herniated spinal disc in March. The surgeon at Hialeah Community Hospital recommended spinal decompression surgery, and He is scheduled for April. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $7,250, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $5,800 short.
my son has been in and out of Hialeah Community Hospital since March. The doctors say a herniated spinal disc will get worse without spinal decompression surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $7,250 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Cooper struggles with daily life and can't stand for more than ten minutes. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 3 weeks. During that time Cooper won't be able to stand for more than ten minutes, so the costs keep growing.
