Surgery fund for Ayaan: emergency hernia repair in Dwarka
A scheduled emergency hernia repair in September is out of reach without help covering $1,050 of the cost.

Ayaan was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery in July. The surgeon at Dwarka Community Hospital recommended emergency hernia repair, and He is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,400, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $1,050 short.
my husband has been in and out of Dwarka Community Hospital since July. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without emergency hernia repair. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,400 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Ayaan struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 4 weeks. During that time Ayaan won't be able to work a full shift, so the costs keep growing.
