Surgery fund for Atim: septoplasty in Nairobi

Atim was diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst in July. The surgeon at Nairobi General Hospital recommended septoplasty, and She is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,800, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $900 short.
my daughter has been in and out of Nairobi General Hospital since July. The doctors say a large ovarian cyst will get worse without septoplasty. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,800 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Atim struggles with daily life and can't look after the children alone. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 12 weeks. During that time Atim won't be able to look after the children alone, so the costs keep growing.
