Suresh's school year: uniform, books and a laptop
Help Suresh begin Year 11 with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India541 views
I earned a place in Year 11 at Nagpur International School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $150, which is more than we have.
I love mathematics and want to become an architect. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $150 goes:
• Laptop: $70
• School uniform and shoes: $20
• Textbooks and workbooks: $30
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $30
Every share and every dollar helps.
Updates from Suresh
Good news. Because of your gifts ($75 in total) I made the first payment toward school uniform and shoes. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
Thank you all. We're at 41% now ($62). I'm honestly stunned. I met with the school supplier and confirmed the amounts.
Small update. $10 so far, I met with the school supplier and confirmed the amounts.
