Stop the eviction: 2 months of rent for Oleg's family in Saint Petersburg
After a cut in working hours, Oleg is 2 months behind on rent and has a 10-day notice to quit from the landlord.

Following a long illness in the family, I fell 2 months behind on rent. Last Monday a 10-day notice to quit was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $950.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by November, we must leave.
I've 3 children at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working extra hours at a market stall, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $950 goes:
• First month of rent as a buffer: $240
• Rent arrears (2 months): $610
• Utilities in arrears: $100
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

is there anything that isn't money that would help Oleg?
Thank you. If you're in Saint Petersburg I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Fair thing to want to know.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Oleg.
The list at the bottom is the whole picture. first month of rent as a buffer is the biggest at $240. Happy to explain more.
Good luck, Oleg. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Blessings
best of luck. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. God bless
