After a long illness, Natalia is 2 months behind on rent and has a notice to vacate from the landlord.

Following a long illness in the family, Natalia fell 2 months behind on rent. Last Friday a notice to vacate was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $750.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by July, the family must leave.
There are a teenager still in school at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Natalia has started working evenings as a cleaner, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
The money will be paid directly to the landlord and I'll upload the receipt once it's done.
Where the $750 goes:
• Utilities in arrears: $85
• Rent arrears (2 months): $590
• Late fees and court costs: $75
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
