Start-up fund for Vidya: reopening a fish stall after floodwater

For three years I have run a fish stall in Vadodara. In July, floodwater took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 4 weeks.
