Start-up fund for Sandeep: reopening a flower stall after a long illness and repossession
Sandeep has run a flower stall for twelve years; a long illness and repossession destroyed the equipment, and $200 will put it back on its feet.

For twelve years I have run a flower stall in Kathmandu. In March, a long illness and repossession took display cabinets and a cooler. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 4 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $200 goes:
• Working capital for the first month: $90
• Shop repairs and licensing: $50
• Initial stock: seasonal flowers: $60
Thank you so much.

Wishing you peace, Sandeep. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Greetings from Heliopolis
