Start-up fund for Indah: reopening a laundry service after a break-in
Indah has run a laundry service for fifteen years; a break-in destroyed the equipment, and $450 will put it back on its feet.

For fifteen years I have run a laundry service in Kediri. In April, a break-in took two washing machines and a dryer. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 12 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $450 goes:
• Replacing two washing machines and a dryer: $230
• Initial stock: detergent and packaging: $55
• Shop repairs and licensing: $100
• Working capital for the first month: $65
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Keep going, Indah. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless.
take care, Indah. Small businesses are the heart of Kediri. Hope you're open again soon. Don't give up. Greetings from Dwarka
