Start-up fund for Comfort: reopening a fish stall after a long illness and repossession
Comfort lost a freezer and scales to a long illness and repossession and needs $350 to reopen a fish stall and support the family.

For three years I have run a fish stall in Bonny. In May, a long illness and repossession took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 3 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $350 goes:
• Replacing a freezer and scales: $150
• Initial stock: the first catch: $55
• Shop repairs and licensing: $40
• Working capital for the first month: $105
With deep gratitude,
Comfort

Sending good thoughts. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Greetings from Sacramento
