Start-up fund for Armando: reopening a small grocery stall after a break-in
A small grocery stall in Guadalajara needs help replacing a cold-storage unit after a break-in.

For six years I have run a small grocery stall in Guadalajara. In August, a break-in took a cold-storage unit. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 12 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $800 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $70
• Working capital for the first month: $160
• Replacing a cold-storage unit: $570
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Stay strong, Armando. Hope you get there. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Giza.
You're not alone. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. I'm in teaching myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. God bless.
You're not alone, Armando. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Guadalajara.
Praying for you, Armando. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes.
