Start-up fund for Abubakar: reopening a tailoring shop after floodwater
Abubakar has run a tailoring shop for twelve years; floodwater destroyed the equipment, and $400 will put it back on its feet.

For twelve years I have run a tailoring shop in Ibadan. In June, floodwater took three industrial sewing machines. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 12 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $400 goes:
• Initial stock: fabric and thread: $75
• Replacing three industrial sewing machines: $290
• Shop repairs and licensing: $35
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Is there anything that isn't money that would help Abubakar?
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about initial stock: fabric and thread, advice is welcome too. It helps to be asked.
Take care, Abubakar. It takes guts to ask. Well done
Keep going, Abubakar. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
