Standing with Zubair: stage 2 breast cancer treatment costs

Zubair was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in May. The oncology team at Islamabad Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks. Zubair is 46, worked as a hairdresser until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Islamabad Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
