Standing with Zewditu: multiple myeloma treatment costs

Zewditu was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in August. The oncology team at Jimma Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 5 weeks. Zewditu is 32, worked as a hairdresser until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Jimma Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
