Yusuf is facing a rare sarcoma and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Yusuf was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in February. The oncology team at the Alexandria Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in April. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Yusuf is 53, worked as a construction supervisor until February, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Alexandria Oncology Institute 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
