Standing with Yash: thyroid cancer treatment costs

Yash was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in January. The oncology team at Nagpur University Hospital has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in April. He will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Yash is 52, worked as a taxi driver until January, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Nagpur University Hospital 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $450 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $210
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $65
• Transport to Nagpur University Hospital: $175
