Standing with Vikas: stage 2 breast cancer treatment costs

Vikas was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in December. The oncology team at Mumbai Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in March. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Vikas is 49, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until December, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Mumbai Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $450 goes:
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $65
• Scans and lab work: $300
• Transport to Mumbai Cancer Centre: $85
