Standing with Soledad: cervical cancer treatment costs
12 rounds of treatment are planned at Córdoba Cancer Centre; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Soledad was diagnosed with cervical cancer in June. The oncology team at Córdoba Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in September. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Soledad is 46, worked as a bakery worker until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Córdoba Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $2,350 goes:
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $230
• Household costs while unable to work: $400
• Scans and lab work: $250
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,470
