Standing with Sawsan: cervical cancer treatment costs

Sawsan was diagnosed with cervical cancer in December. The oncology team at Bilbao University Hospital has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in March. She will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Sawsan is 29, worked as a bus conductor until December, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Bilbao University Hospital 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $6,600 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $3,600
• Scans and lab work: $1,200
• Transport to Bilbao University Hospital: $520
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $530
• Household costs while unable to work: $750
